	Cashback reward was great and one of the main reason for using Topcashback for this purchase. However the time to get the cash back was extremely long. I hope this improves in the future.

	Cashbacks take months and that's even if it's tracking! Have had a horrible time in "waiting for retailer" limbo. You need to keep filing a claim - mine now says "it may take weeks, months or longer to hear back from the retailer." Not worth it at all!!

	??Cashbacks are often ?denied or not tracked at all. ?Legitimate claims are also frequently stuck in "Waiting for Retailer" or denied. Not recommended.

	i love macy's and have no issue with them. it's topcash back isn't tracking my shopping from there and other sites, so disappointing. i keep having to file missing cash back claims, which is annoying!

	Very bad service. Macy's did not come through on what they offered through Top Cashback. Talked to several people and never had a return call. Will never do again.

	Horrible. I bought a clinique perfume set in a cute Xmas tin for a gift and it came completely bashed in andcrushed. Terrible packaging and as a result I didn't have a gift to give.
