Macy's had technical problems so I had to call customer service to process order - I guess that I won't be receiving cash back.

Overall a good experience but took over 10 weeks to get the cashback to be payable from Macy's which is the longest I have had to wait.

Have to be very careful with Macys - if anything is exchanged, you lose your cashback and TopCB doesn't help with it. Customer service at Macys isn't of any help anymore and they don't even know there is a cashback so if TCB can't help, Macys won't either

All of my orders have tracked, but the time to reach "payable" status is way longer than advertised. About 14-15 weeks for my orders.
