Everyone knows about Amazon by now. What started as an online bookstore has become the place to buy everything. It’s clear to us that people are generally happy with the state of shopping at Amazon because of how successful the brand is. Thanks to Prime, regular savings, and the sheer quantity and variety of goods, Amazon is a lot of people’s first place to look when shopping.

We were surprised to see such a high volume of negative Amazon reviews. Most people online in recent reviews have become quite aggravated over long delivery times even though they pay for the Prime, 2-day delivery service.

Although the 1-star reviews are the majority, the 5-star Amazon reviews are filled with people countering and sometimes disproving negative experiences. This could be a case of the company having so many orders that thousands of bad reviews may seem like a lot, it is a drop in the bucket compared to millions of orders.

	It's OK but not everything reported right in order to claim the cashback and the way how Amazon split your order after you checkout that's will prevent you from getting the cashback too. :(

	Make sure you double check which category you are purchasing from, and that your exact items fulfill the requirements. Fairly good but not the most reliable for cash back.

	If I were rating Amazon alone, it would be 5 stars but rating Amazon with Topcashback. Earnings are almost never registered, and clicks always disappear. I specifically click on the departments offering cash back and cash back is still not awarded.

	Cashback on Amazon hardware (Fire Stick) purchase did not track. Terms don't allow claim to be filed, Have had other purchases through site track but frustrating to miss one.

	I love shopping on amazon since it is so convenient, however their cashback tracking is hit or miss. I have a lot of purchases that was not tracked, especially the more expensive purchases. Since Amazon does not accept missing cashback claims, it is impossible to get the cashback once they fail to track...
