Ordered from them late at night, chose size larger than what they suggested. However I read in the bottom of the sizing page that it is all one size based off of smaller measurements so I call to cancel, no answer. So I message them on Facebook asking about cancelling, they block me with no response. I messaged them on chat through their website which says someone will answer within an hour, no one did. I called the next morning when they opened, no answer four times. Filed a complaint with PayPal, they send an email saying they want to cancel the order before it ships. Two hours later company sends tracking number but package didn't send out tile the next day. I got ahold of them finally at about one that afternoon and the lady was rude, just kept saying we don't do returns. It wasn't a return it was a cancellation for something that hasn't even left yet. She said they don't do returns but I could do an exchange. I ordered a shaper in a 4x which was the largest shaper they have. That was based off of their own websites estimator based off of my weight and height. She asked for my measurments and weight, then told me yeah your not going to fit into it, but we don't do refunds. She then said I could exchange it and get diet pills since nothing will fit me. I paid 87 bucks for this stupid thing and it will not fit me. They could have cancelled the order but did not want to. This company needs to go out of business. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague. They overcharged deeply on shipping, the item comes in a plastic bag that Halloween costumes come in, and turns out it is so unbelievably small it will not even fit my sister who is a size large!! Never ever ever ever again.

BEWARE! I purchased my first item 11/16, excited and very pleased with the product until after 3 months of wearing 5 days a week, the outer fabric split open. It didn't rip on the seam, it ripped on the front middle of the fabric. The quality of the fabric, is very cheap and does not hold substance. Because I was very happy with the product, I placed another order the beginning of February, that was supposed to take 10 days max to ship. After 3 weeks, I call customer service and was told, one of the two items were on back order (no notification from the company the order was out of stock when I placed the order) I suggested to split ship the order and the rep confirmed that would happen and release partial shipment. That didn't happen. I called back to follow up on my shipment and to let them know the product from 11/16 ripped and they do not replace or return. The only thing, they were willing to offer was 50% of next order (they already offer you 50% when you leave the item in your cart). The rep "Jenny" was extremely nasty and put me on hold to check on my shipment. "Jenny" comes back to tell me the order will ship today. I explained, I do not want the items and want to cancel the order due to 1 month delay. "Jenny" proceed to argue with me and tell me it was not 1 month, but 3 weeks instead. I informed her the confirmation email states 7-10 shipment. "Jenny" hung up on me and when I attempted to call back, the call was either put on hold or voice mail. Waistshaperz rushed out to ship the item later that night, for 2nd day delivery. I will return the item once I receive and have already reported them to my credit card and will report them to BBB. I wish I would have saw the reviews before placing the orders with the company. they are a RIP off and not very professional when dealing with the customers

I purchased the Kai Black Lace Hem Body Shapewear - I followed the instructions on mesurement and for good measure I ordered one size up the purchace was 93.00. After I received it I was able to get it on easy and I walked arond the house doing things that you would do in a social situation walking bending etc. Then I went to sit down on a chair .. when I sat down the zipper in the front burst apart from the bottom up. Then I could not fix the zipper while the garment was on and found that I could not get the garment off without breaking the zipper apart because it was being held together at the top. I ened up having to break the zipper apart to get out of the garment so now it is runied. This was a peice of garbage. First it is a shapewear so it is suppose to be snug to hold you in but the zipper in the frint is a poor design because it cannot hold against pressure. It should have some hook and eyes faseners then I think the zipper would have held. It was a toltal throw you money away 93.00 down the drain - of cours there is no returns so again a total waste. If that item is in poor quality the rest my be the same . I went on Amazon and purchased some with the side zippers and hook and eye for added support!!
