	no mention that plans don't receive cash backs There was nothing that mentioned that buying a plan was not eligible for cash back. If I had known, I would have bought a plan at Target with my Target Red Card and get 5% cash back. 5% is better than 0%

	Cash back does not track, must submit claim and still it will not be honored by merchant

	Getting your your purchase recognized via TCB is broken. A very long and painful process to resolve with TCB (of which will most likely not be resolved in your favor).
