	Impossible to track or get Cashback from I've been using TopCashBack for 5 months and have been using Temu since day one... have yet to get any money back from Temu. TCB often does have the highest rates of cashback but what's the point if you end up getting $0. I don't know if it's the fault of the app or on Temu's side, but it never tracks, it takes weeks, and you never end up getting your money back, either it's ineligible or you can't apply for missing cashback since every item in your order has a unique order number. Stick with other organizations if you actually need your cashback. They might give lower rates, but at least you get paid.

	Didn't get cashback Followed all instructions, like I normally do. Purchase didn't track. Filed missing CB request. No response from Topcashback. Nudged twice, no response. Normally very happy with Topcashback, not so much now.

	Does not consistently post Temu, while it offers great percentage amounts back on orders, I have found that it's not at all consistent about posting the purchases. I'm forced to submit claims and that takes months before hearing anything and prevents any recourse. If you use the low price adjustments the order is no longer valid and will not received any portion of the TopCashback amount. Temu takes to much of my time, disappointing.

	Untracked Cashback Made my first purchase, but cashback was not tracked. Already reported missing cashback, dont know if I will get it. It works normally for other merchants.

	No cash ever! I have made a ridiculous amount of purchases from temu. Not once did it track and pay cash back. Topcashback looks bad offering cashback from a retailer that never honors the payments. Stop offering!

	Success Rate is Less Than 50% The majority of times, Temu finds a way to worm out of paying anything. Nothing you can do.

	No cashback is displayed in my account I made multiple orders through the topcashback link, zero cash back was received. Aliexpress shows a few dollar purchase even you made a hundred dollar purchase. Now temu is even worse. No dollar and no click is displayed.

	Never follows thru with cashback! Time and time again have gone through top cash-back to shop at Temu And spend a lot of money and most times I'm expecting at least $20 And up for cash back And it will say decline for no apparent reason Never mind has not 1 single code worked, And I have read the specific details where it said works on website or only specifically works in the app and I Have complied With all that and still Nothing When I spend a lot of money and I'm expecting over $20 in cash back And don't get it. It's extremely frustrating To expect and earn cash back and not the amount that you're supposed to get ,but you get nothing at all! Then don't promise cash back at all, And certainly Don't promise that percent of cash back if you intend on giving nothing! If it's some ploy to get people To shop more at your site It's going to do the opposite How I'm treated by a company and by customer service will have a lot to do with whether or not I'm a loyal and continued customer.

	Absolutely the worst Getting cash back is worse than pulling teeth. I have to file a claim and wait forever before receiving any cash back. In addition, on several claims Temu breaks them into multiple claims but TopCashback only allows for a single claim for each order. Consequently, either all but one claim cannot be filed or the total does not agree with the amount shown on Temu's sub-order. The process couldn't possibly be worse. If I could rate it zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate to do so.
