Waited nearly 8 weeks and showed on account as payable in 14 weeks since day of purchase. A request made to TopCashback by email and was payable within 2 days of my contacting them! Thanks TopCashback!

Terrible company to try to get cash back from. They routinely deny cash back claims. I've had so many purchases with them denied where everything was purchased exactly as stated but the cash back was denied anyway. Do NOT expect to get your cash back from this company.

my experience with shoe buy. I purchased 2 pair of shoes. Same brand, different styles. One fit great. One not so good. Returned it and purchased a replacement shoe (if you purchase a replacement shoe, shoebuy does not charge you a restocking fee). Some time later, I got an email from shoebuy saying that they were canceling my order because they did not have the replacement shoe in stock. And that I would now have to pay restocking unless I ordered something else. But how do I know if it is in stock? It takes you a week or two to determine if it is in stock? Meanwhile, I never got topcashback for any of my purchases from shoebuy. I just got word they have declined giving me anything. I would have to say shoebuy is not so good. I will never shop there again. Good luck to those who do use them.
