	Purchase confirmed within 2 hours, impressed! I've never used topcashback, but after reading some reviews, it seemed legit enough, so I went for it. It worked flawlessly. Just need to wait 8 weeks for payout now. It record the purchase properly.

	Go for it! 100% genuine! I was sceptical initially because I'm from outside the US. I've been eyeing this PIA offer for a while. I contacted the TopCashBack support, and they said the offer is valid for users outside the US. So, I purchased it in March 2025, and a few days ago, I got the notification that I could cash out the 100% cashback through PayPal!

	The offer is real! Shout out to TopCashback! At first I couldn't believe the offer for 100% cashback was legitimate. I reached out to TCB and they verified the offer. I then signed up for the 2yr plan, but didn't get notice of the transaction confirmation. I reached back out to TCB and filed a missing claim about 10 days later. That was about a month ago, and just today, I rec'd confirmation from TCB that my cashback was confirmed by PIA!

	Be warned doesn't honor the cashback They offered 95% back in March 23 and although your will be confirmed topcashback hasn't been paid by them yet. Seems like the typical bait and switch hoping half the people who sign up forget about the cashback offer.
