Minted boasts positive reviews on Trustpilot.com. Customers are enjoying the choice of birth announcements, Valentine’s Day cards, save the dates, wedding invitations and more stationery that the company has available. “I love the designs Minted offers and how customizable everything is,” reads a five-star review. “I’m a customer for life.”
Other Minted reviews appreciate the company’s dedication to independent artists. Writes one fan: “Minted’s support and acknowledgment of its independent designers is the reason that I choose Minted over similar quality products offered by others.”
The customer service team is applauded, too. After noticing her art print was wrinkled at the border, one shopper claims Minted replaced the print immediately. “Within two days I was at a framer,” she adds.
