In fact, one customer claims Lenovo is the “best option when you want a customized computer.” But she advises that you wait for a promo in order to save on your purchase.

Other Lenovo reviews discuss the company’s generosity in providing cash back. While it took a while for some to receive their cash back, they ultimately did. “Long wait time as was advertised,” admits a member, “but it was paid out on time.”

	Horrible retailer. Don’t count on getting your cash back. As others have mentioned, Lenovo has been a terrible retailer to deal with. They frequently refuse cash back, and their customer service is extremely disappointing whenever you try to contact them for assistance.

	They Lie Don't bother trying to get cashback with Lenovo through TopCashback. Lenovo lies and pretends that your referral through TopCashback didn't actually happen and that you clicked through another source. Which is a complete lie. I have done cash back shopping for over a decade and I know how to click through correctly after deleting cookies and turning off ad blockers, etc. Stay away from Lenovo!

	TopCashback No Longer Tracks Lenovo Purchases over the past month, it has completely stopped tracking any Lenovo purchases. No matter how carefully I follow the click-through process, clear cookies, or use dedicated browsers, nothing gets tracked anymore.

	Uses coupons for sales, invalidating cashback Any significant sale Lenovo does will use a coupon code which auto-applies. This invalidates your cashback.

	Cashback is a joke Denied my claim for $188 cashback, I even took and submitted screen shot on Chrome showing cash back active on page with order number. Do not expect to ever get cashback from these jokers. Contacting the BBB and State Attorney General.

	5 Months Wait & Topcashback Refusing To Pay Purchased 2 laptops on an 11% cash back day through Topcashback at Lenovo. Purchase tracked but was never paid. Five months of wait before Topcashback claimed Lenovo told them I clicked through some other portal and therefore couldn't be paid. Lenovo told me they don't pay commissions to Topcashback and it was TCB's responsibility to pay their offered rates. Meanwhile I'm out over $120 in expected cash back on one transaction.

	Unhappy, so far I've purchased 3 times. The first two was not registered in this site automatically. I had to reach support each time. For the first purchase, support could not help. They helped the second time though. Yet to see what happens for my third purchase.
