Scam
My elegible purchase didn't track and know I have a claim submitted since July and it's still waiting for a decision from Kraken. They're clearly not a company to trust. Run away from this.

Well I haven't personally completed this yet, I was in the process of doing it when I read the reviews. Which are all negative ?? lol. But I do see 1 common thing with almost all negative responses, most of them say I made a $100 trade. Or something close to that. But it says specifically under the terms : $200 traded volume must be made to be eligible for cash back... So maybe its not working for other reviewers because everyone seems to be only making a $100 trade and not the required $200 amount? Thoughts?

Yeah same as all the other reviews. Kraken in a sketchy website that does not pay back. F them. Did not track and I submitted my claim in August and it's December now. Still "with retailer".

Cash back denied for no reason
Did over $100 transaction immediately after opening account. As other reviewers say, the transaction did not track. Submitted missed transaction, never hear back. Contacted the support, they indicated the retailer declined the payout, likely did not meet the term? They do deny payout for no reason.

No Tracking – Claim Needed
I’m waiting for my claim to be resolved, but even though I followed all the requirements exactly and made the qualifying purchase, nothing tracked on TCB except my click to Kraken. You should expect to file a claim if you go for this offer. I’m doubtful TCB will honor it, but I guess I’ll find out in a few months.

Doesn't Track - Claim Required
I'm awaiting resolution of my claim, but following requirements exactly and making required purchase resulted in no tracking whatsoever on TCB except for my click to Kraken. You should expect to file a claim if you pursue this offer. I'm skeptical if TCB will come through on this one, but I guess I'll know in a few months. A ripoff for overpriced crypto trade fees.

Didn't get the payment
Did every step as instructed, didn't even get paid anything. I'm sure i'm not the first one doing this offer and didn't get paid as seen on the other comments. Did a 105€ trade and didn't work. Tried to contact support and didn't even get an answer. Please stay far away from these guys.

Very disapointed
I open my TopCahsback account and click on the KRAKEN link. On the site of the TopCahback i got the message "we are tracking your movement". On that same click i did the Buy Criptocoin and spend $105. No cashback is show at the moment, not even as "waitting for approval". i can´t have for sure if this is a problem of TOPCAHBACK or Kraken. But already write to Topcahback and diden´t get an answer so far. This is very disapoiting. Let´s hoppe we get a solution for this or i don´t see any reason to recommend or continuo to use TopCashback.

Missing $101 Kraken Cash Back
I joined Kraken through TopCashback and completed the $101 “New Customer $100+ Trade” offer on October 11, 2025. I deposited €100.81 and bought 0.00101 BTC (over $100) the same day. No coupon codes were used. Please review and credit the $101 Cash Back

Should have trusted the reviews
Really disappointed. I read the reviews, but I emailed TopCashBack and confirmed about the cashback and they confirmed its real. I made sure to follow ALL the procedure, made an account for the first time, deposited $200 and got BTC from it. My purchase wasn't registered. Waited a couple of days and nothing! I have emailed TopCashBack and they told me "it can take SEVERAL MONTHS" to investigate the issue before they make a decision!! Really sad

Same as the other 3 people here complaining. I did the offer and no track no nothing... Opened a ticket with top Cashback, let's see if they pay, but I have the feeling they won't. Not cool.

Denied $85.85 Offer Despite Doing All Requirements
I clicked through the Kracken offer on July 9 and opened an account. I ran into several problems logging in on my desktop (it only let me login with a passkey, fingerprint or hardware key. I had neither. It took me a while to get a hold of someone at Kraken, but I found out b/c of that I had to sign-up via my phone. I did so, connected my bank, transferred funds in and bought bitcoin per the offer on July 18. TopCashBack is currently denying the bonus, so a ton of effort, no bonus (and bitcoin has declined).
