kmart was my first cashback merchant... i often perfer onsite customer service and since they allow paying instore it is even better.. the KMart stores that i have visited can all be thanked for their supportive friendly and calm demeanor during the process... that is after they find where the store pick up box has been moved... funny it seems like it moves often... but they find it and go above and beyond .... which i appreciate. having paperwork is key sometimes ..it makes the process much quicker.. thank you kmart

The cash back came.....eventually. This particular vendor jsut takes a really long time to credit, but after something like 9 weeks, it eventually did credit.

I'm partial to Kmart than the other big box stores. Although, the other ones are bigger and have better technology, Kmart has always been coupon friendly. I am always looking to save a $. Thanks.

4 star review because of the time it takes to receive the cashback. The time it takes to confirm the transaction, (I could send an email with UPC and receipt). Once transaction is confirmed, it takes a few more days to have the cashback get put into my account.

I've never had any issues with the tracking for my Kmart purchases. What I will say though, is that it is VERY slow to become payable. The estimate is 7 weeks, but I've found it's more like 10. Still, it's money back!

They need to fix the INACCURATE percentages listed. I purchased an item listed on Kmart under sports and outdoor play. They had it listed here as a 4% cash back, but i was only given 2%.

I did the Hamilton Beach slow cooker Freebie for new account holders. The day after I ordered, my cash back of $26.50 was pending. Today it's only showing $0.72 as pending. I feel as though this was a "bait and switch" case. I am EXTREMELY disappointed.

Hard to find things that are sold by Kmart on their website. When picking up in-store, it takes forever. Customer service is awful!

Right now they're getting 1 star because I used my Shopyourway points to pay for an item and they're saying I spent 0 dollars. Until it changes to the actual cost of the item I'm not going to be a happy camper with Kmart :)

WELL, I CAN SEE FROM NUMEROUS REVIEWS ON HERE & MANY OTHER SITES THAT THERE ARE A TON OF US BOUGHT THE CROCKPOT WITH THE $26.50 CASHBACK OFFER....& SHOWED US $26.50 CASHBACK FOR A WHILE AFTER OUR PURCHASE & THEN CHANGED IT ON ALL OF US TO ONLY .72 CENTS!!! EXTREMELY UPSET WITH BEING RIPPED OFF ON MY VERY FIRST ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
