Fraudulent vendor
Fraudulent vendor. You don't actually get the cashback after the purchase. Just like others said. Consider yourself warned.

Pointless Klook Rebate. Rejection every time
Made multiple purchases on Klook following their guidelines. Every transaction was rejected. I don't even see the point of of Klook being on topcash.

High Frequency of cashback declined & long wait time for cashback posted
All my transactions were tracked automatically, but most of cashback are declined after 3 months. The worst cashback experiences I have encountered with merchants on Topcashback website. Be aware!!

While transactions may track automatically, Cash Back is still subject to the merchant’s validation process, and the retailer ultimately determines whether a purchase qualifies. Cash Back may be declined for several reasons, such as the use of coupon codes not listed on TopCashback, order changes or cancellations, or if another marketing channel was credited for the sale. Bad experience
My cashback was properly tracked and shown as pending, and I already completed the trip. Pending cashback should be confirmed after the usual waiting period, not denied after the activity is finished. If this item was not eligible, it should have been rejected at the start and shown as $0, not after everything was completed.

While tracking shows that the purchase was recorded through TopCashback, all Cash Back is still subject to the merchant’s validation process. The retailer reviews each transaction after the order or activity is completed to confirm it meets their eligibility requirements before approving the Cash Back. Try some other cash back site for Klook or avoid
Do not use, my cashback was denied after 3 months. I don't know to blame TCB or Klook, but three different valid cash backs were denied. Don't waste your time

Violation of Terms

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience, however we do list terms and exclusions for each merchant that states what is ineligible for Cash Back. If you've made a purchase that was supposed to be eligible, please submit a Missing Cash Back Claim and we will chase that up for you. Best, Erica

Very dishonest
I don't know why they are still on TCB. Klook is very unreliable and dishonest even if the cashback tracks. Keep in mind that they are already hiking prices when you click through TopCashback. I noticed this for Eurail passes, which (NOT THEN) they have now added as an exclusion.

Hi there, To clarify, TopCashback doesn’t set merchant prices or exclusions; those are controlled by the retailer. Prices on Klook can change due to factors like promotions, currency, taxes, or dynamic pricing, but if you’ve seen a clear price difference after clicking through TopCashback, we’d really like to investigate that with Klook directly. Regarding Eurail: exclusions are determined by the merchant and can change over time. We update the retailer’s page as soon as we’re informed, but we understand how frustrating it is when something you previously purchased later becomes excluded. If you have an order that tracked but didn’t pay out—or any examples of price changes—please raise a Missing Cash Back Claim. Hi there, If your transaction has been declined, we highly recommend submitting a Missing Cash Back Claim so we can work with Klook on your behalf to see the reason and if we can fight for that Cash Back. Best, Erica

Declined cashback for no reason

not good for its one purpose: japan bookings
Klook doesnt really offer competitive prices at all. The only reason people use it is for the convenience of booking attractions in japan like disney land or universal studios in the cases where we don't have the required japanese credit card or if we want to book something in advance for peace of mind. The cashback on klook is negligible and not really worth the effort. you probably get a couple dimes in cashback even with many hundreds of dollars in spending.

Terrible experience
I bought the product from the list for 10%, and Klook just declined the cash back without any reason. Th coupon was not on the no-cash-back list, so I think this merchant lost his reputation. JUST DONT BUY FROM KLOOK, or you may lose all cashback.
