	3 orders declined. Only booked through TCB and Klook because of the cashback offer. Not only did the booking get delayed and I had to handle new plans on my own but I was denied hundreds of dollars in cashback. They need to be removed from this site.

	Upcharge for use topcashback I tried to buy a pass it was showing at $115, when I clicked in the top cash back link to get cashback the price increased to $158 by person. Be careful, always compare price befor using a link, some merchants charge more when using cashback sites.

	not good for its one purpose: japan bookings Klook doesnt really offer competitive prices at all. The only reason people use it is for the convenience of booking attractions in japan like disney land or universal studios in the cases where we don't have the required japanese credit card or if we want to book something in advance for peace of mind. The cashback on klook is negligible and not really worth the effort. you probably get a couple dimes in cashback even with many hundreds of dollars in spending.

	Terrible experience I bought the product from the list for 10%, and Klook just declined the cash back without any reason. Th coupon was not on the no-cash-back list, so I think this merchant lost his reputation. JUST DONT BUY FROM KLOOK, or you may lose all cashback.

	TCB markup!!!! I haven't ordered yet. However, I did detect that opening klook from a TCB link results in a 6% price markup! I checked identical Walt Disney World tickets for the same date using TCB and not using TCB. Price was $795.65 using TCB and $750.59 not using TCB. I'm giving 1 star due to this deceptive practice.

	terrible I purchased dinning vouchers and other vouchers from klook in august, and the cashback is declined in Nov. I think customers were misled to buy something at the first place and retailers suddenly changed the policies without informing customers. LIKE A FRAUD.
