To clarify, TopCashback doesn’t set merchant prices or exclusions; those are controlled by the retailer. Prices on Klook can change due to factors like promotions, currency, taxes, or dynamic pricing, but if you’ve seen a clear price difference after clicking through TopCashback, we’d really like to investigate that with Klook directly.
Regarding Eurail: exclusions are determined by the merchant and can change over time. We update the retailer’s page as soon as we’re informed, but we understand how frustrating it is when something you previously purchased later becomes excluded.
If you have an order that tracked but didn’t pay out—or any examples of price changes—please raise a Missing Cash Back Claim. Our Customer Care team will review and liaise with Klook to try to put things right.
