What could stop me from getting Cash Back?
- The Ordinary products are not eligible for cashback.
- Purchase made on other sites than HQHair's US site.
- All referral sales will be deduped against affiliate sales and there will be a slight change to the usual last-click method of tracking in certain circumstances: • If a new customer uses a referral code then clicks a TopCashback link within the same session, this sale will be attributed to the referral scheme • If a TopCashback link is used after that session has expired (usually 30 minutes), then the affiliate will still be awarded the last click and receive commission for this unless a referral code is used.
- Returning, exchanging or cancelling part of your order may result in the Cash Back being declined.
- Combining promotions from another site and/or using a coupon code not posted and approved by TopCashback
- Returning, exchanging or cancelling part of your order.
What else is essential?
- Please note that some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked Cash Back. We endeavor to chase untracked Cash Back but reserve the right to halt inquiries at any time.
