They did not reimburse the cashback they claimed to offer
I feel Hertz is dishonest in rejecting my claim because I booked the car via TopCashback and I completed the car rental purchase and I followed every step and instructions on the website. I request this claim to be further investigated. Their way to process the claimed cash back is dishonest and disappointing.

Not Easy to earn here
I had to send an email to customer support with supporting docs showing that indeed I rented the vehicle, paid for it and that everything was good. Just. support agreed, put it into my confirmed category and it sat there for... I don't even remember how many more weeks. Staggeringly longer than the indicated amount of time they list it should take to receive their cash back.
