How do I reset my password to the Visa® Prepaid Card portal?

You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Your Username or Password?” link on the homepage of the online portal. You’ll need to enter your username and answer the Challenge Question you set up when you made your Wallet. If your answer matches, you'll receive an email with a temporary password to use. You’ll pick a new password when you log in.
