What happens if I didn’t receive the email with my Visa® Prepaid Card?

Check your spam/junk folder for an email from notification@topcashbackdigitalsolutions.com with the subject line “Your TopCashback Reward Has Arrived!”

If you still don’t see the email and it’s been 2-3 business days, then please raise a support ticket and we can arrange for the email to be resent to you.
