Why do I need to create a separate username and password for the Visa® Prepaid Card portal?

We work with Onbe as the service provider for these prepaid cards, so you need to create a login to its portal to be able to access your prepaid cards.

Also, if you get multiple prepaid cards, then you’ll be able to see all your cards in one place including card details, delivery dates, balances, PINs spend history and more. So, it’s useful to have your login set up.
