Why can’t I click through to a retailer’s site?

First, try clearing the cookies on your computer. Cookies are small chunks of information stored in your browser that help us track your purchase and, thus, your Cash Back.

The issue could also be related to anti-spyware or other protection software on your computer. Protection software often prevents computers from accessing the affiliate network sites, which are used to track your Cash Back. To prevent this problem, look at the URL in the address bar of your browser when you get the blank page, and then allow that domain to be accessed by your protection software.

If these solutions aren't successful, try another web browser or another computer. If the issue persists, then please submit a support ticket.
