One of my claims has been resubmitted to the merchant - but another one hasn't. Why?

Different merchants work with TopCashback via several different affiliate networks. Some Affiliate Networks are happy for us to resubmit claims – whilst others will only accept new claims.

We may therefore resubmit some missing cashback claims but not others.
