Why is my Missing Cash Back Claim taking so long?

After you submit a claim, we check to ensure all fields are complete. We may wait a week or two to group claims for each affiliate network.

Once submitted, we rely on the affiliate network and retailer to process it. Some networks accept reminders or resubmissions, while others only handle new claims. Unfortunately, this process can’t be sped up. We stay in close contact with affiliate networks to ensure claims aren’t overlooked. 

After a decision is made between the retailer and its affiliate network, we update you via your claim ticket.
