I haven't received the physical Visa® Prepaid Card in the post. What should I do?
You'll receive an email when your card is dispatched to let you know it’s on the way. You should get this email within just a few business days of making your choice. Then, allow standard postal delivery times for your card to arrive. In the event that you’ve waited and still haven’t received your card, please contact Swift Prepaid Solutions via the 'Contact Us' option in the prepaid card portal or call them directly on 00 1 877 325 8444.
