I can’t seem to get all the information I need in my photo. What should I do?

If you’ve done a big weekly shop, then you’re receipt is likely to be really long, and it might be a bit tricky to fit all the information in.

It's best not to take your image from too far away, otherwise we might not be able to read it!

If you are using the TopCashback app to submit your receipt then this has the mighty stitch tool, which allows you to snap up to 3 images and stitch them together. So you should be able to get even the longest of till receipts snapped from top to bottom.

However, if you still can’t seem to fit all this information into one submission, then you can always send us two submissions for the same offer, by clicking through the same offer twice and submitting two submissions. These will still be processed in the same way, but remember that only one of them will be approved!
