I am having a problem logging in or joining.

Ensure that you're typing in the correct username and password you used when joining TopCashback. If you are still having problems, you may find the below information useful.

If you still cannot login to your account, then it's worth trying to reset your password.

To request a password reset, please go to the Login page, then press the ‘Forgot Password?’ link. You should then get an email within the hour.

If you are not receiving a password reset email, please use the contact form below to contact us, providing your registered TopCashback email address.

Please do not create a new account at this stage, as more than likely we will be able to resolve the issue for you.


Password reset requests can take a short time to take effect in our system, so if you find that you can't login immediately, can we ask that you try again after 30-40 minutes?
