Why do I need to authenticate my email?

We need to make sure your email is correct so we can provide a smooth experience and help you earn Cash Back! Once you verify your email, we'll be able to keep your information accurate and secure. If your email is wrong or outdated, update it in your account settings—this also changes your login email.

After joining TopCashback, you should've received an authentication email. Just click the link to confirm your email. If the link doesn’t work, copy and paste it into your browser.

We never share your email with third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

If you didn't get an email, check your junk or spam folder. Also, add TopCashback.com (or TopCashback.co.uk) to your safe senders list.

If you still don’t see the email, send a blank email with the subject “authenticate” to authenticate@topcashback.com from your registered email. We will manually authenticate your account.
