Why has my claim not been sent to the retailer yet?

Claims are grouped into batches before being sent to affiliate networks.

If your claim is marked "Ready to Submit," keep in mind that we send batches every few weeks. You'll receive a notification when your claim is submitted.

Retailers work with various affiliate networks, each with its own process for handling missing Cash Back claims. Most prefer claims to be sent in batches.

Batch submissions may vary by network, so sometimes newer claims are sent before older ones.
