Why is my Cash Back showing as claimed?

Your Cash Back is marked as claimed because you’ve cashed it out.

To check which payment your Cash Back was included in, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to the "Cash Out" section on your dashboard.

3. Click on "Payment History" on the right side of the page.

4. View the details of your recent payments to find the one that includes your Cash Back.
