Why haven't I received my ACH payment yet?

Once we process your payment request, which we usually do every few days, we’ll send you an email. Your Cash Back should arrive in your bank account within five business days.

Occasionally, it might take a bit longer. If you think it's taking too long, please submit a support ticket.
