	Do not buy there!!!! I did order a ring there, no problem but it would be delivered at my home adres around the 25th of November. On the 18th of November u thougth lets see where my package is now. I look at the track and trace.... and it is supposedly already delivered on the 11th of November its somewhere at a pick-up centre but, the day that i looked was the day it would also ship back, because i did not pick up the package, why did i not?? I did not recieve any message that i should pick up my package somewhere, my package should be delivered at my home adres and not at some pick-up centre. I send them a message it toon like 2/3 days for them to answer, while it says they answer in lessen then 24 hours , so my package is now returned i can get 70% refund or new one and then i had to pay 30% again! I said i want my money back i would get it back in three days supposedly now eight days later still nothing!! DO NOT BUY THERE!!

	My order was confirmed on Dec 5th and as per their email confirmation it takes 3 to 6 business days to ship out, after 10 calendar days I inquired via their website and was told that there is a delay due to recent volume orders! Now why this was not communicated earlier or during the order process? there is no whatsoever note on their website even today stating such an issue! on the contrary they are running a count down for Christmas sale, these guys are eager for more orders irrelevant of their production capacity, just want to trap as many customer as possible knowingly delivery deadlines will be missed... I replied requesting to consider express shipping without extra charge to compensate their internal delay but simply my request was ignored and I received another message stating that soon will get a shipment number, to date ( over 2 weeks ) the shipment is still pending! very disappointing, my review will not end until I get to the bottom of this bad experience, with a big hope to receive my necklace one day...

	I ordered an item that was supposed to be created within 3-7 days. I also paid extra for priority shipping. it has been 36 days. still no item. I sent 13 emails and the only response was "sorry for delay". I requested the order be cancelled and a refund provided. Still no product and no refund. Please be careful with this company!
