I bought the service and did not cancel or use any other coupon codes, but the cashback was declined a few days after being tracked. Now I am wasting my time to deal with the customer service and getting the refund.

Don't bother
Cashback did not track, customer support wouldn't help, the investigation process would run out the 30 day money back guarantee and then you'd be stuck. I just requested a refund, it's clear the merchant doesn't intend to honor this

I subscribed and followed all the steps, but the payment didn't show up in my profile. i filled a complain and nothing happened. So I contacted their costumer service for a refund in their 31 day period. They said I will get the refund, and yet nothing happened. Does not worth the headache. Side note, they have some virtual servers that won't give you the IP of the country they list.

"FastestVPN Cashback has been declined by the retailer", "VOIDED Non qualified lead Sale". I clicked the get cashback and it took me to their site, I went through checkout without leaving the tab or anything, and they still denied the cashback.
