Scam
I subscribed and followed all the steps, but the payment didn't show up in my profile. i filled a complain and nothing happened. So I contacted their costumer service for a refund in their 31 day period. They said I will get the refund, and yet nothing happened. Does not worth the headache.
Side note, they have some virtual servers that won't give you the IP of the country they list.
