Cashback Tracked at First but Later Declined
The cashback initially tracked correctly and appeared in my account balance, so everything seemed smooth at the beginning.
However, the cashback was later declined close to the end of the refund period. This timing is frustrating because many people rely on the cashback when deciding to purchase. By the time it was declined, the refund window was almost over.

Cash Back decisions are ultimately made by the retailer based on their terms and validation process, and unfortunately, these updates can sometimes happen later than expected.
