Cashback never tracked
I followed all the instructions when signing up for ExpressVPN through TopCashback, but the cashback was never tracked. I waited for weeks and even tried submitting a missing cashback claim, but it didn’t work. What’s frustrating is that I used the same process with PrivateVPN and PureVPN before, and those tracked just fine—so the issue seems to be specific to ExpressVPN. I hope this can be looked into, and the tracking system improved to avoid this kind of problem in the future.

Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you've had this experience. After looking into your account, it looks like there is a validation period set up by ExpressVPN. Once that is over on 7/13/2025, we'll be able to submit this claim to the retailer for you.
Some of the reasons Cash Back doesn't track could be not regularly clearing cookies & cache, having too many tabs open while shopping, shopping with a pre-loaded cart, having ad-blockers or utilizing a promo code not provided by TopCashback.
