Job Overview:

TopCashback is looking for a pro-active Partnerships Account Associate to join the Partnerships team in our Rochelle Park, NJ Office. The Partnerships team is responsible for sourcing new cash back deals that deliver value to our members and developing relationships with major brands and their affiliate networks. The Partnerships team works with some of the biggest brands in the US including Amazon, eBay, Marriott, Macy’s, and Disney and rely on the Partnerships Account Associates to maintain client relationships while helping to bring American shoppers the best money-saving deals on the internet.

The successful applicant should have a strong interest in the US ecommerce and retail markets. They should be motivated with a go-getter attitude, eager to join a busy team. A key part of this role will be making sure that the offers presented to members are market-leading, relevant and enticing enough to purchase through TopCashback. We are looking for people who are self-motivated, able to quickly solve problems and can provide the highest level of service to clients and industry partners. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable brands in ecommerce while helping to maintain TopCashback’s position as America’s most generous cashback site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of the Partnerships Team
  • Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with partner affiliate networks
  • Execute, manage and maintain partner strategies through on-site advertisements
  • The role is best summed up as client relationship support
  • Represent TopCashback at select industry conferences and events
  • Negotiate market-leading cash back rates and secure budget for paid advertisements from clients
  • Apply critical and strategic thinking to optimize client performance
  • Help manage and maintain client programs and promotional campaigns in a timely and accurate manner

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Honest with a sense of fair play
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt proprietary software to manage client programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets and Google Suite desired
