Didn't want to payout
It took me a few months to even get cash back from this retailer. I had contacted TopCashBack about the missing cash back. I received a message saying that I didn't qualify for cash back because of several different possible reasons, but they couldn't tell me exactly why except that it was likely my fault. I had purchased from this retailer specifically because of the high amount of cash back I would receive. In the end, I settled for half of what I should have received because I was tired and did not want to go back and forth. This experience makes me very uneasy about purchasing from this retailer again because I suspect they advertise a high cash back amount, but want you to wait a long time to receive it so that you forget about it, and when you do remember it, they claim that the customer had messed up and no longer qualifies.
