I gave them a star because it wouldn't let me give them 0 stars. Company is brutal from the start to finish. I purchased an item on Dec. 15. When I called on December 21 to see if the item was shipped, I was told they did not have the item in stock and would not be receiving the item until Feb. I was finaly able to speak to one of the owners… Peter (whose last name was not given after asking), who was one of the most rude people I have ever spoke to in my life. I was basically told the company made a mistake in having the item on their website despite being out of stock, and there was nothing they would do for me besides refunding me (after having to argue to get that). After telling Peter I was disappointed that I would now have to get the item shipped to me over-night because it was over Christmas time, he said Sorry, but mistake happen and there is nothing we can do for it. Overall, I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a person, let alone a company, as I had with dealing with them. I highly recommend never using them for anything.
