Ms TonyMay 24 2022, 18:10 To get cash back you have to check t&Cs for each site. #1 is in most every case don't use the apps. If you have an app installed for the site your going to delete it since phone will always revert to the app if it can. If you purchase in the app you won't get anything back. #2 go back to TopCashback and click the Cashback button, otherwise it may not track your purchase. #3 don't leave the site between clicking Cashback button and making a purchase or it may not track. And #4 start with an empty cart when going to a site. Add all purchases after you click the Cashback button.
Those are the most important follow them you will seldom miss out on your cash back for TopCashback

tmkeatonApril 30 2022, 04:00 I also made my first purchase through the direct link for mulch to get the 20% Cash back. Noticed it did not track and submitted info to customer service. They said to wait 7 days. Submitted claim then and received credit for the cash back the next day. You definitely have to go back and use the cashback link on the original page for it to track properly. I purchased 3 more orders of the mulch that same day, and they tracked perfectly.

Member1122848334552April 26 2022, 12:25 If the Lowe's app pop up instead of website , you won't get any cashback tracked.... That's what happened to me. Deleted the app and it is tracking my cashback with no problem

bramundtApril 23 2022, 16:41 None of my purchases since January have tracked. It’S super frustrating. I don’T feel like I should have to follow up with every single purchase but apparently that is the case.

Tx LesApril 14 2022, 09:41 I never got my cash back for Tea Drops (i like the tea) but my purchase was from TopCashBack and I sent t an email with was never responded to and it's been over a month. So yeah I agree with rs. It also said it's tracking. I think it was one of the first one's that didn't and it was a big % Back. And in my email to them I screenshot everything. :(

Like you, I purchased 25 bags of mulch from lowes yesterday afternoon, directly from the 20% Cashback link on this website, it's yet to even show up as pending transaction. It's getting to the point where way too much time is being required to constantly verify that these offers are posting as advertised, and then comes the headache of proving to these cashback outfits that you actually made the purchase.
