Same as the other person, my topcash tracker was active and I am returning customer, so I should have received half the cashback 35.35% for online purchases. But instead they denied my topcash immediately and I had to file a claim. They are falsely using the idea of cashback to get sales, be careful.

My purchase was tracked but the cash back was declined. I am an existing customer and should have gotten half of the listed percentage back according to the terms but all money back was declined. I won't be renewing.

I activated top cash and bought from bitdefender at full price. It tracked showing my order number, amount, and such. When I disputed it Bitdefender claimed they had no record of my order and wouldn't honor it. Topcash helped me out. This company has gone down hill in service and software sadly.

Extreme Disappointment
ZERO Cash back. Whether I was a new customer or an existing customer, I should have received some amount of cash back. However, I received nothing. I am an existing Bitdefender customer, but this linked purchase was for a more comprehensive package. But either new or existing, I should have received some percentage of cash back. Ultimately, this will probably cost Bitdefender my business. Once my current package expires, I will likely terminate Bitdefender and find another internet security package.
