Another believes it’s “much better than Amazon.” Some people visit the retailer to buy DVDs for cheap, while others say they love getting cash back. “The [cash back] percentage is a little low,” one shopper admits, “but money is money!”
Barnes & Noble reviews on Trustpilot are also very generous. A parent says she’s “getting a great deal of help for my kids” from the retailer. “Almost everything can be found for their schooling. This is such an awesome place,” she adds.
