Topcashback seems to be the WORST for cashback with 1800flowers, they do not give the cashback even with an order number and total. I did not use any coupons and did not use any other links and yet, I did not get my cash back. I made another purchase and have yet to see it logged. I'm really upset about this!

The flowers are beautiful and was delivered to my mom as expected. The reason why I didn't give them a 5 star is because they didn't even track my cash back and I had to summit a ticket for it.

Poor follow up and no cash back earned
Nearly every time I shop from this company and their family of brands (1800flowers, Personalization Mall, Cheryl’s, Harry & David, etc.) through TopCashBack, the cash back never posts. When I lodge a claim, they always reply that the order was started in a different channel. It never is. They’re just not wanting to honor the cash back. Although slightly less cash back, check out the other affiliate companies who will step in and help when they deny the request for approval.

Never Buy From 1800Flowers Again
I have used other Cashback sites for years. I only encountered missing cashback for 2 times. After submitting claims, I was provided cashbacks for those two occasions in a few days. However, I had missing cashback for a recent 1800Flowers purchase. I followed all the rules to make the purchase. After filing a claim with TopCashback, 1800Flowers refused to provide cashback. Searching the reviews for 1800Flowers to find this is a common problem. Buyer be ware!

Sleezy place to do business. They don't sell used cars (yet). You'll want to take a shower after buying anything.

I have had problems with 1800 Flowers from the point of sale onward. I would recommend not using them for anything that you want done right or that's important to you. ANd they do no follow through to do what they say they will. I am still awaiting a refund since May of 2018. THey have yet to credit me. Choose someone else for your flowers
