Denied cash back with no explanation
I specifically chose to purchase from 1-800-PetMeds through TopCashback because of the 8% rebate offered. I carefully read the fine print (as I always do) and noted that my item was not excluded from the promotion. Weeks later, after not receiving the rebate, I filed a claim which ultimately was denied because “item not eligible.” No other explanation! At the very least, I would have appreciated a courtesy credit from TopCashback, as I have from its competitors in the past. Very disappointing, all around.
