Cardpool is the only merchant to deny paying cashback on my purchases and I don't know why. I have used them several times and each time no cash back.

Spent almost $400 dollars and the transaction tracked, but $0 is payable. Did nothing different that any other time, but I cannot submit a claim against cardpool transactions. What a joke.

I ordered $300 of cards going through Topcashback to cardpool and their "risk management team" Emailed me and said that my order was suspicious so they canceled it altogether. I've done thousands of dollars worth of transactions and the one time I use topcashback my order gets canceled entirely.

It's a scamer site, if you don't want loss you money, don't buy and sell card in cardpool. I have been cheated by cardpool and have no way to seek help.

Like everyone said before, avoid this merchant if you want cashback. Cardpool orders do NOT track and you can't file a claim against merchant for orders. As someone said before, why even bother listing merchant on topcashback if they don't pay.

These guys are liars & thieves! Say they will pay 4% then they notify TopCashback that your transaction is "inelgible" even though you follow their rules! NOT HAPPY!
