My transaction doesn't appear at all

Transactions may take a few days to show up on your Earnings page.

If you have waited more than 7 days and there is still no sign of your transaction, then the best thing to do is to lodge a Missing Cashback Claim.

Please note, if your transaction has tracked, but with $0 cashback from the beginning, then that is another matter.
